摘要
•A Deep Learning model is developed to detect vertebra motion on a single 2D image.•Single-vertebra motion detection sensitivity is 1 mm.•Combining detection of several vertebrae in a single image allows sub-mm accuracy.•Rotation detection are based on a detection of all vertebrae in the image.•Spine rotations larger than 1°can be identified.
