Chronic lymphocytic leukemia, a rare cause of pituitary stalk thickening

Abstract This case highlights a rare presentation of chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL). CNS involvement by CLL is rare, and only 5 cases with pituitary or hypothalamic involvement have previously been reported.
