摘要
In this course, we present three R&D programs using cryogenic temperature developped at CEA: X-Ray and Sub-mm detectors for astrophysic and a new promising Si qubits. For each of these, we have had to develop very specific nearby cryo-electronics. The main choices for developing these technologies, including management of heat flow, are presented. Thanks to cryo-electronics @2.5K we can drive High impedance sensors in X-Rays without dissipating onto the sub-K level. This will also open the readout of scalable Si Based Cryo-Qubits which is an appealing outcome.
