Design of high-efficiency all-dielectric polymer meta-surfaces beam deflection blazed grating

•A silicon-based Huygens metasurfaces were designed to realize 2π phase control.•Five different beam deflectors were designed by these polymer metasurface.•The highest transmission values of all-dielectric blazed grating metasurface is around 85%, and the largest deflection angle is 13.248˚ for one polymer grating.•This beam deflectors would be applied as blazed gratings in laser system.
