Digitally Decentralized Mock Oral Board Examination for Neurological Surgery Trainees.

American Board of Neurological Surgery (ABNS) licensing consists of a written and an oral component. The oral exam is completed after the accrual of at least 125 cases with 3-month follow-up during independent neurosurgical practice, taken typically 2-4 years after graduation. The exam involves 3 high-stakes, case-based, face-to-face sessions, during which the examinee is individually scrutinized by pairs of ABNS examiners.
