摘要
•DMM can predict UO2/dispersed-BeO ITR within the accuracy of orders of magnitude.•UO2/continuous-BeO ITR is 3~4 orders of magnitude larger than DMM predictions.•The presence of ITR limits the enhancement of UO2-BeO thermal conductivity.•Conditions for targeted enhancement of UO2-BeO thermal conductivity are derived.
