Research Progress of High Power Laser-Diode Pumped Solid-State Laser

Laser diode pumped solid-state lasers have many advantages such as high efficiency, compact structure, stable performance, long working life, etc. Therefore, laser diode pumped solid-state lasers have been widely used in laser surgery, laser projection, laser communication, laser ignition fusion, etc. We briefly introduce the development history of high power laser diode pump solid laser technology and the research progress of domestic and foreign from the following three aspects, laser solid materials, pumping mode, and thermal performance.
