The Study of Thermal Neutron Tomography based on Portable Compact Accelerator of D-T Neutron Source

Based on portable compact accelerator of D-T neutron source, INPC of CA EP has built multi-use neutron imaging facility, which could be applied to thermal neutron radiography and fast neutron radiography. We carried out thermal tomography at this facility. The results show that flaw of diam eter 0.2mm as gadolinium line could be reconstructed clearly, with total raw projection collected 181 images, each im ge exposed 8min.
