A Pr 2 00 1 Semi-leptonic B-decays and the Two-Pion Distribution Amplitudes LU TP 0111

Recently, two-pion distribution amplitudes (2πDAs) have received considerable interest [1,2] because of their relation to skewed parton distributions [3]. From an experimental point of view the 2πDAs have been mostly discussed for the reaction γγ → ππ [4,5,6,7], where the factorization has been proven in Refs. [8,9], and also in hard exclusive electroproduction [10,11]. Here, we want to add another type of reaction which could provide valuable insight in the dynamics of the formation of two pions, namely semi-leptonic B-decays.
