Research on the Optimization of Teaching Operation Management Process in Colleges and Universities Based on IE.

IE technology has positive benefits in optimizing work flow and improving work efficiency in industry, service and other fields, and has a future development in higher education. The teaching operation management process in colleges and universities is the core process of teaching management, which involves many links such as teaching plan, teaching task, teaching material, teaching organization and implementation, etc. The paper is aim to optimizes efficiency of teaching operation management process in a university by using IE program analysis method. Through a series of improvements, the process link is simplified, the process cycle is shortened, the use of teaching resources is more reasonable, and the efficiency of teaching management is further improved, which has good application value.
