摘要

•Dosimetric uncertainties of a mixed beam approach (CIRT + IMRT) were evaluated.•DIR performances were evaluated through validated similarity parameters.•Apart from femoral heads, all OARs underwent intermediate to large deformation.•A comprehensive “deformation score” for DIR evaluation was proposed.•CIRT allows a better OARs sparing while increasing the efficacy.
