Moderate aerobic exercise training for improving reproductive function in infertile patients: A randomized controlled trial

•The effects of moderate exercise on markers of male reproduction were examined.•Exercise training favorably attenuated seminal cytokines and oxidative stress.•Exercise training improved semen parameters and sperm DNA integrity.•These changes coincide with favorable improvements in reproductive performance.
