REPAIR OF VASCULAR ENDOTHELIAL CELL FUNCTION LOSS AND ATHEROSCLEROSIS

Objective: To study the relationship between repair of vascular endothelial cell function loss and atherosclerosis. Methods 3400, patients with atherosclerosis treated in different hospitals from August 2012 to August 2015 were studied, adopting corresponding detection methods to study vascular endothelial cell function loss. Results: Occurrence of atherosclerosis is mainly due, to damage of vascular endothelial cells caused by viruses, immune complexes and oxidized low -density lipoprotein, which leads to serious chronic inflammatory reaction of load vessels. Conclusion: To treat patients with atherosclerosis, we need to coordinate the relationship between vascular endothelial tissue function and atherosclerosis, then provide some guidance for clinical treatment and promote health.
