The invention discloses a forging and pressing product production line configuration method and system based on customer requirements. The method or the system comprises the following steps: on the basis of the customer requirements, obtaining the configuration parameter of a forging press, the auxiliary equipment parameter of the forging press and the control equipment parameter of the forging press, and configuring a forging and pressing product production line according to the parameters; then, judging whether an error between the quality parameter of a forming forging and pressing productsimulated and produced by the configured forging and pressing product production line and a forming forging and pressing product quality parameter of the customer requirement is smaller than a set threshold value or not, if so, proving that the configured forging and pressing equipment production line meets the customer requirement, storing the customer requirement, and configuring the parameter of the forging and pressing equipment production line; otherwise, obtaining the configuration parameter, the auxiliary equipment parameter of the forging press and the control equipment parameter of the forge press, and configuring the forging and pressing product production line. By use of the method or the system provided by the invention, the forging and pressing product production line can be automatically configured according to the customer requirement, practical production can be conformed, production efficiency is improved, and manufacture cost is lowered.
