摘要
In this paper, the traditional dichromate method of chemical oxygen demand analysis (CODCr) composition of printing and dyeing industrial park wastewater was investigated and the results showed that suspending, mesocolloid and dissolved organics accounted for 8.9%, 5.5% and 85.6% of total CODCr, respectively. The react and sedimentation process was used as an advanced treatment method for dyeing industrial park wastewater. The pilot running effect showed that the process can treat the wastewater effectively and be resistant to shock. When the CODCr and chromaticity of influent were 139 similar to 161mg/L, average of 148 mg/L and 150 similar to 180 times, average of 167 times, the corresponding effluent indexes can be reduced to 24 similar to 35 mg/L, average of 28 mg/L and 5 similar to 10 times, average of 7.6 times. The average removal efficiency of CODCr and chromaticity can reach 81% and 95%, meeting the requirements of river the integrated water pollutant discharge standards of xiaoqinghe river in Shandong province (DB37/656-2006).
