The Investigation and Practice on Applied-type Talent-cultivating of Material Speciality

The development of material science and engineering technology put forward a novel requirement of applied talents. The article explored the ultimate reasons for the shortage of material applied talent cultivation. The results show that the cultivation of material applied talents should start form our own practice and aim at requirement of market, establish the cultivation modes scientifically, construct the appropriate curriculum systems, structure double function teacher groups which are not only mastery theory also familiar with the industrial production under the conditions of school-enterprise cooperation. In a word, practical teaching and Implementation are essential segments for high-quality applied talents.
