摘要

An 82-year-old man had a diagnosis of prostate cancer and underwent curative radiotherapy. During the oncological follow-up, the patient showed biochemical relapse and underwent whole-body Cu-64-prostate-specific membrane antigen PET/CT for restaging purpose. Cu-64-prostate-specific membrane antigen PET/CT showed a pathological uptake in left iliac venous axis, subsequently confirmed as venous thrombosis.
