摘要

•This paper proposed a new cost-effective smartphone-based ankle-brachial index (ABI) device.•We presented a simple, cuffless and non-invasive ABI instruments.•One set of real test data from 36 volunteers are used to contrast between ours and a commercial instrument, accuracy achieved more than 91%.
