Semi automated cell identification in NeuroPAL C. elegans strains

From left to right: The raw image is supplied by the user and is then filtered to remove objects that are not neurons (ie lysosomes, gut cells). From the filtered image, neurons are detected. The detected neurons are then aligned with a statistical atlas of neurons to yield their identities.
