Factors associated with compliance to cervical cancer screening in France: The EDIFICE 6 survey

•88% of the target population for cervical cancer screening reported having had at least one test in their lifetime.•73% of the target population for cervical cancer screening reported having done the test in the previous 3 years.•Never screening and non-compliance with recommendations was associated with living alone and social vulnerability.•Never screening was associated with younger age, while non-compliance was associated with older age.
