摘要

•FNDC5a and FNDC5b were cloned and characterized in common carp.•Fndc5a and fndc5b of common carp have different gene expression profiles.•The recombinant IrisinA and IrisinB were prepared. And they have different target genes.•The recombinant Irisin decreased plasma glucose levels in common carp.•Irisin could regulate glucose metabolism and promote glucose utilization.
