Abnormalities of Cognitive Evoked Potentials in Patients With First Psychotic Episode

Disturbances in event-related potential components such as auditory evoked P300 in patients with schizophrenia have been widely reported suggesting their interest as a diagnostic marker. The aim of our work was to study the different components of P300 in first psychotic episode and chronic patients with schizophrenia and compare these groups to healthy subjects.
