摘要
Purpose: Patients with Tetralogy of Fallot (TOF) have an increased long-term risk of cardiovascular morbidity and mortality. Elevated QRS duration (QRSd), specifically, has been shown to be a specific risk factor for the development of right ventricular myocardial disease, ventricular arrhythmias, and subsequent sudden death in TOF patients.
