摘要
Cardiac positron emission tomography (PET) is superior to single-photon emission computed tomography (SPECT) thanks to its quantitative analysis capabilities, especially for measuring myocardial blood flow (MBF) and myocardial flow reserve (MFR). The recent development of new cadmium zinc telluride (CZT) gamma cameras has enabled dynamic acquisition, allowing measurement of MBF and MFR. This prospective study aimed to determine the fastest protocol, to analyse MBF and perfusion imaging.
