Visualization of local hydrogen diffusion in stainless steel using time resolved electron stimulated desorption

We compared SEM image and permeated hydrogen map (in 65 h and found the relation of hydrogen counts and the brightness of the grains in SEM picture. We separated crystal grain types for hydrogen distribution from the relation by using PCA. Time dependence of ion counts in each type of grain are shown. Counts are calibrated to the number per unit area.
