摘要
Exosomes are bioactive vesicles with a diameter of 30-130 nm that can carry multiple information components such as lipids, proteins and RNA of the source cells. A large number of studies have found that exosomes secreted by tumor cells or tumor microenvironment cells can affect the proliferation, angiogenesis, immune escape and drug resistance of B-cell malignancies through interaction. Exosomes can also be used as a new biological marker for the diagnosis and prognosis judgement of B-cell malignancies. In addition, exosomes, being a natural and non-immunogenic drug carrier, have good therapeutic potentials. The paper reviews the progress of exosomes in the diagnosis and treatment of B-cell malignancies. Key words: B-lymphocytes; Exosomes; Tumor microenvironment; Molecular diagnostic techniques; Prognosis
