摘要

•μTAD based on PAR-Co(II) for fast and easy Co(II) determination in water.•The use of chitosan and superabsorbent pads, permits the inclusion of a preconcentration step in the μTAD.•μTAD can determine Co(II) with a detection limit of 6.5 μg·L−1 just using 50 μL of sample.
