摘要
•Novel tetrahedral framework DNA nanostructures (TFNAs) were synthesized and firstly introduced into fibrotic diseases treatment.•TFNAs reduced LPS-induced ROS overproduction which is a crucial stimulator for fibrogenesis.•TFNAs suppress extracellular matrix (ECM) production and epithelial-mesenchymal transition (EMT) process.•This study provides a new prospect for the application of DNA nanomaterials for fibrotic diseases therapy.
