Identification of typical movement contexts of children as the starting points for the promotion of physical activity: Overview of a BMG-sponsored project

We present a project that aims at identifying the context where children aged 2-10 years are physically active; to find starting points for the promotion of physical activity and therefore prevent childhood obesity. In this regard, subjective and objective measurements of physical activity of children participating in the European IDEFICS study are combined.
