摘要

Cyclization of 4-phenyl-1-[alpha-cylamino-beta-(p-X-phenyl)]acriloyl thiosemicarbazides 2a-h with concentrated sulfuric acid conduCted to 2-phenylamino-5-[(alpha-acylamino)-p-Xstiryl]-1,3,4-thiadiazole 3a-h. The newly synthesized compounds structures were elucidated by elemental analysis and spectral data.
