摘要
Objectives: In vitro assays measuring RSV-specific neutralizing antibody activity are commonly used to evaluate the efficacy of RSV vaccine candidates. The information gained from different assays can be conflicting. We aimed to develop computational models for two popular assays microneutralization (MNA) and palivizumab competitive (PCA), to compare/analyze their predictive value for assessing RSV vaccine efficacy.
