摘要

In this article, we define partially topological vector spaces using generalized topology in the sense of Delfs and Knebusch. We show that a partially topological vector space is hereditary with respect to small subspaces. Also, we show that every partially topological vector space is regular. Moreover, we show that every partially topological vector space is I-st-completely regular.
