Research on Factors Influencing Collaborative Innovation of Stakeholders in Construction Industrialization

Based on the practical problems in the development of construction industrialization, combined with expert interviews and questionnaire optimization as well as the related literature to consult, this paper identified the collaborative innovation factors of construction industrialization; Then based on the basic principles of the theory of cooperative, collaborative innovation is divided into external and internal collaborative innovation and a building industrialized collaborative innovation factors index system is built. Finally, clearing the influencing effect and path of different factors on construction industrialized collaborative innovation, and validated the influence factor model by SEM. The results showed that, on the one hand, the external elements of government intervention, scientific research and intermediaries, enterprises collaboration, and others have a significant positive correlation. On the other hand, the internal elements of complementary resources, trust, and effective communication also have a significant positive correlation. Thus, the collaborative innovation factors of construction industrialization that recognized scientifically sound, and provides a reference for construction industrial-related enterprise collaborative innovation.
