摘要
•A soy allergen electrochemical sensor was prepared by molecular imprinting (MIPs).•MIPs-based sensors demonstrated part-per-billion sensitivity.•Presence of soy allergen in foods was validated with Lateral Flow Device technology.•Sensors demonstrated rapid response, minimal cross-interference and high accuracy.
