摘要

Ductal prostate cancer (DAC) patients undergoing curative therapy had worse outcomes than high-risk prostate cancer patients, regardless of the treatment modality. Upregulation of several intrinsic resistance pathways in DAC rendered androgen deprivation therapy less effective as neoadjuvant/adjuvant/salvage therapy with radical prostatectomy.
