摘要

A convenient approach to synthesizeo-hydroxybenzylamineviaPd-catalyzed hydroxylation of benzylamine with a removable Cbz-amide as the directing group was developed. Various functional groups were well tolerated, leading to various substitutedo-hydroxybenzylamines in moderate to good yields.
