摘要

•Assessment of seizure risk recurrence is important for the diagnosis of epilepsy.•Relevant are patients with low seizure risk recurrence that still develop epilepsy.•Temporal metrics are computationally derived from EEG and fMRI time signals.•The metrics clinically aid, and improve predictive value in a first-seizure sample.
