摘要
89 patients were enrolled in our study. Patients were divided into two groups by the duration of TKIs used. There were 73 and 16 patients in ≤18 months and >18 months, respectively. The proportions of female and never smoker in the group of TKIs used >18 months was higher than those in TKIs used ≤18 months. Factors including age, gender, smoking status, histology, mutation status, ECOG performance, chemotherapy, TTF1 expressions, and metastatic site were analyzed by univariate analysis. Gender is a significant factor to predict patient’s progression-free survival during TKI treatment. Multiple logistic regression without adjusting smoking status revealed gender is an independent predictive factor and EGFR exon21 L858R mutation tends to have a higher proportion in >18 months group than in ≤18 months group. Conclusion: Gender, smoking status and EGFR L858R mutation may be predictive factors of long-term responders of TKIs in EGFRmutant NSCLC. Gender is an independent predictive factor regardless of smoking status. The results would help physicians to estimate PFS of patients who are treated with TKIs. In the future, we expect to extend the database to consolidate the result.
