THE RISK ANALYSIS OF ANXIETY AND DEPRESSION IN COPD PATIENTS DURING CONTINUOUS MEDICATION AND STEADY STATE

Because of their efficacy-safety profiles, long-acting bronchodilator fixed-dose LABA/LAMAs are recommended as first line treatment for most patients with COPD.There are several such LABA/LAMAs but very little information on their relative efficacies in routine practice settings.Thus, we performed a comparative study at the initiation of treatment with 3 different LABA/LAMAs in patients with COPD.This is a prospective, open-labelled evaluation of the efficacy of LABA/ LAMAs in COPD from the patient preference point of view.We enrolled consecutive patients with COPD who had been prescribed a fixed-dose LABA/ LAMA for the first time by their physicians during clinic reviews.The 3 LABA/LAMAs eligible were: Umeclidinium/Vilanterol(Anoro ® ), Ellipta ® ,
