Pembrolizumab and palliative radiotherapy in 2 cases of refractory mycosis fungoides

Mycosis fungoides (MF) is the most common cutaneous T-cell lymphoma, with stage-dependent treatment and prognosis. Early-stage disease may be managed by skin directive therapies, whereas the treatment strategy for advanced stages ranges from vitamin A derivatives, immunomodulatory agents, radiation therapy, and chemotherapy to allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation (AHSCT). However, the treatment options for refractory advanced-stage MF remain limited, especially after failure of stem cell transplantation.
