INFLUENCE OF DIMENSIONS OF A MOBILE ROBOT ON NAVIGATION USING VECTOR MARKS

摘要
Vector marks allow us to find shortest path between initial position of the robot and target point. This path is shortest, when the robot is viewed as a material point. According to the dimensions of the robot, not only the length of the path changes, but there situations, when the robot could not pass existing openings may arise. The purpose of the article is to create robot with real dimensions navigation algorithm, keeping simplicity of the usage of vector marks. Also, the aim is to find shortest path. Algorithm and modelling results of navigation are represented.
