THE COLLABORATIVE DEVELOPMENT OF A POOL OF BUSINESS-TECHNICAL STUDY-CASES: THE CASE-BASED LEARNING METHOD FOR A MULTIDISCIPLINARY PROBLEM-SOLVING

At present, few common teaching materials have been developed to be applied to different university degrees. For this reason, the application of the business-technical cases for collaborative teaching in various areas of knowledge represents a common challenge for the implementation of transversal skills for students of different degrees. An interdisciplinary group of twelve university professors have elaborated a pool of four business-technical cases in collaboration with the described firms to be applied in different subjects and university degrees through a collaborative methodology. The obtained result has special relevance due to the intense collaboration process between private business and the University. The learning materials have been developed for the case-based learning method for a multidisciplinary problems solving and offer a proactive educational material for Schools of engineering and Faculties of economics and business.
