摘要
The aim of this paper was to compare the carbon content of microbial biomass (C-BIO) determined by fumigation-extraction method in soils from two sites. Compared soils were sampled at station Prague-Suchdol (sandy-loam chernozem) and Cerveny Ujezd (loamy haplic Luvisols) from long-term stationary experiment. Unfertilized treatment and organically treatment fertilized by sewage sludge were chosen for comparison. The highest content of microbial biomass carbon was achieved in I. and II. sampling periods. The lowest content of C-BIO was observed in III. sampling periods and was caused by temperature and reducing of primary organic matter in soil. Higher contents of C-BIO in soil from Suchdol were caused by higher content of soil organic matter in Chernozem.
