Study on Molding Properties of Three-Dimensional Non-woven Bra Cup

Three-dimensional non-woven is a new kind of filling material. It will be gradually applied in the field of bra cups instead of polyurethane foam. This paper mainly studies the molding properties of three-dimensional non-woven bra cup by molding experiments under different conditions. Firstly, upper mold temperature, lower mold temperature, hot molding time and cold molding time are taken as key factors, and the influence of these factors to the depth, hand feel and surface color of molded cup are studied by the single factor experiment method. Secondly, the optimal allocation of these factors is studied by taking orthogonal experiment. Finally, the optimal molding parameters have been found. Thus this study provides the industry with a valuable basis for molding production of three-dimensional non-woven bra cups.
