Synchronously Improved Stretchability and Mobility by Tuning the Molecular Weight for Intrinsically Stretchable Transistors

摘要
Synchronously improved mobility and stretchability were realized in PIDTBT by molecular weight modulation. An intrinsically stretchable transistor array with mobility of 1.84 cm2 V−1 s−1, good stretchability at 100% strain and high device density was demonstrated.
