摘要
Technological and metrological specifics were considered for developing a standard for calibration and verification of a system that performs automated morphometry of skin neoplasm images to diagnose melanoma. The requirements to be imposed on a standard were formulated. A technological process to manufacture the standard was developed on the basis of thermal-transfer printing. The main technological printing parameters were established as a temperature of 180°C and a transfer rate of 2.0 s/inch. The color reproduction error was no more than Δ E * ab = 2.5 (CIELAB 1976), and the geometric dimension reproduction error did not exceed 0.02% in printing the standard.
