摘要
Diffuse plane xanthoma (DPX) typically presents as poorly demarcated yellowish-orange plaques on the face and trunk in normolipaemic patients. DPX is also observed in regressed tumour lesions of mycosis fungoides (MF). However, the pathogenesis of DPX associated with MF remains unclear. A case of folliculotropic MF, whose skin tumours were gradually replaced by DPX after treatment with oral etoposide and prednisolone, is presented.
