摘要
•The reliability of UAV-imagery for the selection of olive genotypes was studied.•Geometric traits of more than 1000 trees from 39 olive genotypes were assessed.•High variability was detected among olive genotypes with on-ground and UAV methods.•Genotype rankings obtained were very similar with both methods.•Olive breeder’s decision making may be fastened through this UAV-OBIA platform.
