摘要
NaBH4-assisted one-pot solvothermal method is developed for deposition of well contacted Ni2P on CdS in an Ohmic-contact model. As high as 56% apparent quantum efficiency (AQE) can be obtained on the sample for photocatalytic HER. This work offers a new and effective strategy for the fabrication of Ni2P and their loading on photocatalyst.
