Beyond Microaggression is a sequel to Law as Microaggression, 98 Yale L.J. 1559, which Professor Davis published in 1989. Law as Microaggression explored the ways unconscious racism infects legal institutions and judicial outcomes. Beyond Microaggression explores teaching and learning methods designed to sensitize lawyers-in-training to the effects social difference has in professional interactions and prepare them to avoid the injuries and injustices that unconscious racism can cause.
